
During a Relaxation Therapy session, the aim is to calm the mind from any current and future worries as well as past dwellings with a goal to transform anxiety and stress into serenity.
We achieve this by bringing focus to the mind using massage techniques and hair combing, along with applying gentle pressure to points of the head that activate a sense of release and encourage stress levels to balance.
